Role Description

This hybrid position combines bookkeeping and office management responsibilities. You’ll work closely with a director and project teams to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MYOB and ABTRAC systems
• Process payroll, GST returns, and monthly invoicing
• Support cashflow forecasting and financial reporting
• Coordinate staff reviews and timesheet tracking
• Liaise with external accountants and suppliers
• Maintain office systems and support day-to-day operations
