7 : 45 AM – 5 : 30 PM
8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM
1 : 15 PM – 11 : 00 PM
Job Scope :
Provide front-line customer service support
Handle enquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Assist with registration, appointment bookings, and general information
Manage feedback and elevate issues when necessary
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
Maintain a professional and courteous service standard at all times
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
