Service Technician Engineer

Overview

Maintain high-tech, life saving, medical manufacturing equipment. Hands-on, technical role in a regulated, safety-focused environment.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping high-tech infrastructure operating reliably — ensuring that equipment such as cyclotrons, synthesisers, hot cells and QC instruments perform at their best. You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative technical team, ensuring uptime and compliance across operational sites. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-precision technical systems
• Troubleshoot faults and provide hands-on technical support to production and QC teams
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using a digital CMMS
• Participate in a national on-call roster, responding to after-hours equipment issues
• Support engineering initiatives and promote continuous improvement
• Travel as required
