The property features a lobby hub, rooftop bar and dining area, and a focus on delivering an unforgettable guest experience.Job DescriptionAs our Assistant Night Manager / Night Auditor, you'll be the face of the hotel after hours, leading the overnight team to deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring the smooth operation of the property.This dual role combines operational leadership with financial accountability — responsible for guest experience, overnight security, and balancing the hotel's accounts.

You will work a combination of Assistant Night Manager shifts and Night Auditor shifts, providing opportunities to grow leadership skills while strengthening financial and operational expertise.

The role is available as either a 32-hour or 40-hour work week, for the right candidate.In This Role You WillLead and manage overnight hotel operations as the primary point of contact.Complete nightly audits, reconcile daily accounts, and prepare accurate reports.Ensure strict security procedures are upheld, safeguarding both guests and property.Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests, resolving issues with confidence and care.Support, coach, and guide the night team, ensuring effective handovers to the morning shift.Step in to oversee reception when required, ensuring high standards of guest service.QualificationsPrevious Front Office or hotel operations experience (1–2 years preferred).
