We're a part of Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) and we're looking for a dynamic, retail salesperson to join our team!

The role

As a part time retail assistant you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, and ensure we meet our sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers.

Meet and exceed daily sales targets.

First point of contact for phone and email enquiries.

Merchandise and restock shelves, ensure all products are ticketed and pricing is current.

Operate computerised tills and barcode readers to scan items.

Accept payments for goods.

Keep the store clean and tidy.

Assist with picking / dispatching of Online store orders when required.

Ensure all end of day processes are completed correctly, on time, every day.

Participate in all aspects of stock takes.

Actively participate and take responsibility for your training needs to ensure you are an expert on all RVSC's products and systems.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven retail sales experience of at least 1 year

Experience in RV, marine, kitchens, plumbing or vehicle sales is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, energetic team player with a great sense of humour

Hours :

32 hours per week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8.00am - 4.30pm
