Sales and Service Assistant - Children's and Toys Department

Our Palmerston North store is looking for a highly experienced Sales and Service Assistant, with at least 4 years of personalized retail selling experience, to join our team.

As a service and selling expert with retail experience, you'll provide a high level of personalized customer assistance by :

Consulting with customers to help them find product solutions that meet their unique needs

Providing superior assistance in our fitting rooms, including lingerie fittings, outfit styling, and fit advice

Offering advice to help customers pull together ideas for their homes

Working across multiple departments to provide product advice to customers

Coaching and supporting team members new to retail and leading by example at all times

This role is fixed term and will involve working :

Thursday 10 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Friday 6 : 00am - 12 : 00pm

Saturday 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Our stores can be busy, so we need someone energetic, positive, and with a can-do attitude.

For this role, you will need :

Four to five years of retail experience in a personalized service and selling role

Previous in-store styling / personal shopping experience
