The right candidate will preferably be based at Summerset's Auckland or Wellington office.This role is a one year fixed term contract.As a Technician in our Construction Design team, you will help to provide detailed construction drawing packages that meet our business requirements to manage cost, tender and build contingencies.

Our Technicians are an integral part of our in-house Design team who manage our village projects in the construction phase, to create a thriving community for our residents.

Future opportunities may also exist to contribute to other design and documentation stages.What will your responsibilities be?

A relevant tertiary qualificationProven work experience including resource consents, NZBC and

• residential standards is preferredIdeally you will be proficient in navigating, learning and using Revit and other complimentary software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape etc.An affinity to understand Summerset Values and the Summerset Way to improve the lives of our residentsProven ability to produce effective architectural documentationWhat's in it for you?
