Job Description

  • Liaising with guests on their event requirements
  • Communicating all event information to the hotel internal teams
  • Coordinating & updating run sheets for events
  • Pre & post event follow up, including invoicing and guest feedback
  • Supporting the sales team in an admin capacity
  • Flexible to work weekends and varying hours throughout the week (Depending on event schedules)

Qualifications

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Passion for hospitality & events
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of standard MS office applications
  • Experience in an admin / coordinator role preferable
