Job Description
- Liaising with guests on their event requirements
- Communicating all event information to the hotel internal teams
- Coordinating & updating run sheets for events
- Pre & post event follow up, including invoicing and guest feedback
- Supporting the sales team in an admin capacity
- Flexible to work weekends and varying hours throughout the week (Depending on event schedules)
Qualifications
High level of attention to detailExcellent communication (verbal & written)Passion for hospitality & eventsAbility to meet deadlinesGood knowledge of standard MS office applicationsExperience in an admin / coordinator role preferableAdditional Information
