As a Solution Architect, you'll have the exciting opportunity to define and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that align with our business and IT strategies. Your role will be crucial in shaping our projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards. In this position, you will work closely with our Corporate Platform team providing specialised Solution Architecture expertise related to Corporate products and services for People & Culture, Risk, Legal, Procurement and Finance.

What you’ll do

  • Define current, transition, and target state solution architectures in line with domain and group architecture
  • Design for reuse and deployment across the group, leveraging existing components and infrastructure
  • Ensure implementable solutions within business risk parameters, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security compliance
  • Prepare solution designs and solutions options to support delivery
  • Actively monitor project compliance with architecture and champion solution designs when necessary
  • Review system designs to ensure they adhere to applicable strategies and / or solution architecture, while still considering business pragmatism and cost
  • Provide overall technical leadership to agile teams in terms of the end-to-end solution, ensuring all facets of the designs and technologies are integrated to deliver an architecturally compliant implementation
  • What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines, or equivalent experience
  • Architectural certification (e.g., TOGAF or other) desired
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 3 years of IT Architecture or Design experience
  • Experience with HCM and Oracle Cloud Platform and products highly desirable
  • Experience in integration solutions such as Mulesoft, Pentaho and Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Familiarity with ArchiMate desired
  • Experience with Agile & Lean methodologies desired
  • Insurance or Financial services experience desired
