Geotechnical Engineer - Tauranga

Overview

ENGEO's Tauranga crew is growing and we're looking for a geotechnical engineer to join us in The Mount.

We have an exciting pipeline of work across a broad spectrum of sectors—large-scale land development, commercial construction, public facilities, and horizontal infrastructure—and we're excited at this opportunity to expand our team.

You'll join a highly experienced team with senior support and mentorship to help you grow as an engineer, plus opportunities to work on exciting projects locally and beyond.

Responsibilities

Provide geotechnical designs and advise on engineering solutions

Lead some projects to ensure their successful delivery

Apply a design focus and perform analysis across complex work, including retaining structures, slope stability, ground improvement, and foundation design

About You

3–5 years' experience in geotechnical engineering

Geotechnical analysis and design experience

Slope stability, settlement, soil-structure interaction analysis

A solutions-focused attitude to delivering practical outcomes

Growing understanding of effective project delivery
