About the role :
As a Senior P&C Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to our leaders, providing advice across the full spectrum of HR disciplines.

Day-to-day responsibilities :
Providing fair, consistent, and strategic ER advice to leaders, supporting them in managing complex employee relations matters.
Building leadership capability and driving strategic workforce planning.
Supporting organisational change initiatives and embedding our culture, values, and EVP.
Partnering with the business, understanding the challenges and opportunities within your portfolio, and using engagement, turnover, recruitment and other key data to drive insights and support decision making.
Utilising systems to drive ongoing improvements across all processes.
Leading performance and remuneration processes for your portfolio.
About You :
You'll be a generalist Senior P&C Advisor with experience and confidence in managing complex employment relations matters.
Key qualifications :
Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist P&C role, with depth in at least one specialist area.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset.
Experience in using HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
A collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused approach.
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
