To undertake all boat painting duties from antifouling to top coating of boats.

Outside work and sanding, antifouls, Propspeed, cut and polishing
Filling and fairing
Paint touch ups, undercoating and top coating boats
Selecting and preparing paints to required colours and consistencies for boat material type
Keep a safe and tidy working environment

Experience
Minimum 3 years of painting experience (marine painting, spray painting, automotive painting).
By hand and Spray Painting
Qualifications
Valid driver's license, or ability to obtain a Full NZ driver's license

Surface Preparation Expertise : Skilled in sanding, fairing, masking, priming, and understanding surface conditions for both fibreglass and aluminium hulls.
Paint System Knowledge & Application Technique : Strong technical ability in applying high-performance paint systems, whether marine or automotive.
Tool & Equipment Proficiency : Understanding of application tools and spray equipment, including setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
