We're on the lookout for an experienced Floor Coating Applicator to join a specialist coatings team in Christchurch.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering solid pay, hands-on variety, and long-term stability for someone who takes pride in their craft.What's in it for you?

$30+ per hour , depending on experience Full-time, permanent role with consistent hours Work on high-end projects using a range of coating systems Be part of a specialist team that values quality workmanship What You'll Be Doing : Applying epoxy and urethane coatings , screeds, and coving Working across a variety of flooring systems and finishes Measuring floor areas and calculating material requirements Maintaining a clean work area and caring for tools and equipment Following job specs and ensuring coatings meet required standards What You'll Bring : You've got proven experience in applying epoxy and urethane flooring systems , including screeding and coving.

You're confident working independently, can read specs, and know how to deliver high-quality finishes safely and efficiently.
