Overview

We’re looking for a Formwork Foreman to lead a team on high-quality concrete projects in Queenstown . This hands-on role involves concrete prep, boxing, and formwork , ensuring top-tier results while guiding a skilled crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a team on-site while remaining hands-on with the work

Concrete prep, formwork, and boxing for commercial builds

Reading and interpreting plans, making adjustments as needed

Working alongside sub-contractors and reporting progress to the Project Manager

Ensuring strong communication and leadership within the team

What You Bring

Strong carpentry experience in formwork and concrete work

Experience leading a team in a hands-on foreman role

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on quality

Please note this role is Queenstown based.
