Are you ready to lead a dynamic IT Support team in a business embarking on some exciting transformational projects?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on IT Support Team Leader to join us at our Hamilton Head Office.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the day-to-day IT Support function.

Leading and coaching a team of 5 IT Support professionals, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external customers

Managing and prioritising support issues, escalating when necessary to keep things running smoothly

Driving the team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitoring performance to ensure high standards

Taking ownership of project deliverables, including managing projects when assigned

What you'll bring :

Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others

Proven experience of 3+ years' experience in a technical IT Support role

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships, both internally and externally

Strong troubleshooting skills, with a logical approach to identifying and resolving root causes.

In addition to these attributes, you will bring the following skills and experience to this role :

Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing systems
