We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service expert to join our Cosmetics team at our luxury Chanel counter.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week as our Chanel 2IC at our Queen Street store.
Our Chanel 2IC will portray excellent customer service by ensuring customer needs are met, appropriate customers are contacted for our promotion / marketing events and customer returns / complaints are handled diplomatically and according to guidelines.
For this role you are responsible for achieving sales targets, cleaning, maintenance and grooming standards in accordance with the Chanel brand.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will be sales focused, self-motivated and able to create an excellent customer service experience. Necessary for this role is prior retail\beauty experience, along with excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming.
