The Carpentry Learning Facilitator is a permanent full‑time position in Hawke’s Bay that works alongside teaching staff to enhance the student learning experience. The role is pivotal in supporting practical learning, ensuring teaching facilities are safe and functional, and providing additional assistance to students who need it. It also contributes to integrating theory and practice, developing new learning resources, and maintaining strong industry connections.
Salary : $54,000 – $64,000, depending on skills and experience.
The Carpentry Learning Facilitator is based in the Trades and Technology School at EIT, reporting to the Head of School Trades and Technology, and will be responsible for :
