Opportunity :

Step up and lead from the front! We’ve got major commercial roofing projects ahead and need a skilled Roofing Foreman to take charge. If you’re an experienced roofer with leadership qualities, motivated, and ready to grow your career, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do :

Lead commercial roofing projects (new builds and replacements)

Work with a variety of systems : Metal Roofing, Warm Roofing, Membrane, Kingspan, Cladding, and more

Manage labour, materials, and schedules to keep jobs on track

Train and mentor apprentices while driving a positive team culture

Build strong relationships with clients and site managers

What We’re Looking For :

Experienced roofer, builder, or carpenter with leadership skills (ideally 3+ Years)

Customer-focused and solution-driven

Adaptable and motivated to deliver quality work

Full NZ driver’s license required
