About the Role

We’re looking for a Journeyperson Millwright to join our team and help take Southland Trailers to the next level. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that works together to drive innovation, quality, and success. If you’re a self‑starter who loves challenges, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

• Indentured Millwright in Alberta
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in electrical and / or millwright maintenance, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Strong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical equipment
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S practices considered an asset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance manufacturing environment
