Your day-to-day will include : Running and monitoring Spray Dryer operations to meet production targetsEnsuring product quality is maintained to the highest standardsConducting plant checks, cleaning, and equipment inspectionsTroubleshooting issues, solving problems, and keeping detailed documentationApplying your understanding of safety, quality, and continuous improvementWhat we offerCompetitive pay : $34 – $

You might be : A senior operator with deep knowledge of dairy / food productionAn experienced operator ready to step into a more advanced roleSomeone with mechanical aptitude, a trades background, or a science / engineering qualification looking to grow in manufacturingTo thrive in this role, you'll have : 2+ years' experience in food / dairy manufacturing (preferred)Problem-solving and fault-finding skillsStrong attention to detail and time managementA proactive attitude and solid communication skillsAbility to lift up to 25kg and work 12.5-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)A NZ Diploma in Dairy Processing is a bonus but not essentialWhat's next?
