The role

KingsGate School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Y4 teacher to join our vibrant primary team from the beginning of

We are looking for a strong practitioner who is committed to high-quality teaching and learning, confident in PB4L strategies, and passionate about supporting students to thrive.

Key responsibilities :

Demonstrate effective pedagogy for learners

Work collaboratively within an ILE team environment

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners

Implement PB4L practices to promote a safe and supportive learning culture

Uphold and actively support the Christian special character of the school.

Requirements :

Current NZ teacher registration.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience working with the New Zealand Curriculum / Te Mataiaho.

Familiarity with PB4L, or a willingness to develop confidence in this area.

Must be committed to the special Christian character of the school.
