Candidate Responsibilities
The Senior Simulation Technician is responsible to the Maintenance Manager to supervise and perform all preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices under support, to ensure that maximum successful training events are able to be achieved by the end user.
They are also responsible for supervision of supply support within the maintenance services including stock takes, parts ordering, shipping and receiving of parts, and any other supply support task as directed.
The Senior Simulation Technician acts as the shift leader, where applicable, and is responsible to the Maintenance Manager for the safety of all Simulation Technicians on supervisory shifts.
The Senior Simulation Technician is the point-of-contact for all technical and maintenance enquiries on site during shift.
The Senior Simulation Technician acts as the Maintenance Manager's delegate as directed by the Maintenance Manager, and during times of the Maintenance Manager's absence.
