About the roleWe're on the lookout for fluent Japanese & English speakers to join our team as Call Centre Representative, supporting employees in Japan with their HR-related enquiries.

This is a 100% remote role based in New Zealand—perfect if you're looking for work-life balance, stability, and meaningful work without the commute.

You'll be assisting with a variety of HR queries (voice and chat), from system access and benefit calculations to policy navigation and recruitment-related support.

What you will doProvide HR system and process support in Japanese and EnglishAssist employees with self-service portals, policies, data updates, compensation, and moreResearch and follow up on complex enquiriesParticipate in administrative tasks between callsWork NZ hours aligned with Japan's 9 : 00 am–5 : 00 pm time zone (+30 min prep) : NZDST : 12 : 30 pm – 9 : 00 pm

Work on NZ public holidays

40 hours per week

About youWe're looking for individuals with :
