Our focus is empowering tamariki to direct their learning while ensuring they feel supported and safe.What we're looking for : An ECE or Primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New ZealandGenuine care and love for the well-being and development of tamarikiA personality that fosters and develops strong relationships with staff and parents / whanauAbundant reserves of enthusiasm and energyCompetency in planning, curriculum, and regular and emergent reviewsThe ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanauAs part of the Busy Bees team, you can look forward to receiving : Full Pay Parity!
