• ResponsibilitiesOperate in a multi-cuisine kitchen with competence in relevant culinary tasks.Support a hotel kitchen team and contribute to service quality and guest satisfaction.Adapt to shift patterns, including weekends, to meet operational needs.Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards as part of daily duties.QualificationsExperience in a multi-kitchen environment.Understanding of the hotel industry and hospitality operations.Flexibility for weekend shifts and a proactive, imaginative approach to cooking.Willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week).
