In-Store Visual Merchandiser Macpac
The Adventure is calling!
A brand new role as our In House VM at Macpac Albany store. You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer journey & seamless store navigation.
Reporting to the Visual Merchandiser Coordinator, the key responsibilities will include :
- Working in a fast-paced environment to produce VM solutions for our store of the highest standard
- Training and developing our team members to produce excellent visual merchandising outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded)
- Working with the Store Manager and VM leaders in our business to carry out campaigns and ensure VM objectives are met
- Working as part of a team to ensure our customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety being at the forefront of everything we do
