We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Physiotherapist to join our team in Napier and the wider Hawkes Bay region.
About the role Reporting to your Team Leader, you'll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day, while working on some or all of the below contracts.
Pain Management Services (PMS) Experience working in inter-disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent pain Skilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self-management Understanding of biopsychosocial approaches Concussion Service Skilled in assessing and treating concussion and mild to moderate traumatic brain injury Experience in assessing and treating cervical spine, vestibular, oculomotor systems Collaborative approach with GPs, specialists and the wider multi-disciplinary team Community Rehab Services Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals Knowledge of community services pathways What you'll do Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the same Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation What you'll bring A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders At least 2 years' experience working within pain management, concussion or community rehabilitation - ideal, but not required.
