Learning Partner

Salary - $90,000 -$110,000 NZD

Location : Auckland (Hybrid)

Contract Type : Permanent

We're in an exciting growth period and looking for the right person to join our Cognition Evolve team.

Position Objective

The role is to secure new business, design learning solutions, provide consultancy and account management to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Identifying sales opportunities, and tracking these through to sales
  • Writing proposal responses
  • Managing and farm key client relationships / accounts
  • Leading client meeting
  • Working with clients, subject matter experts and our internal expertise to scope and design learning and training solutions
  • Working with the graphic and interactive design team, the project management team and the content development team
  • Managing and allocating budgets for projects managed, in line with client's constraints
  • Planning and managing projects to meet objectives, time, budget, and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience at a learning consultant or learning and development manager level
  • Experienced at conducting a needs analysis and designing solutions for any sized project
  • Ability to write complex project plans competently
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven experience working with clients in senior positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate successfully with key stakeholder
