Our Advice Centres are currently going through an exciting period of transformation to ensure we continue to deliver innovative, personalised and convenient solutions for our customers.We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Wanganui Branch on a permanent part time role.As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers.

ASB offers innovative online offerings, and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.This is a 24hour part-time position working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shifts, between the hours of 8 : 15am and 5pm.You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences.

Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying.

Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.

• Serve customers across multiple channels and maintain branch operations.
• Educate customers on ASB's digital and self-service channels and banking solutions.
• Build relationships, learn quickly, respond promptly, and tailor personalised solutions for customers.
