You'll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.What you'll be doing : Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities with precision and carePreparing accurate and timely employment documentation for successful candidatesSupporting recruitment-related risk-management processes to help maintain a safe and inclusive workplaceDelivering system and process training, and resolving user queries with confidenceEnsuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboardingWhat you'll bring : Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Snaphire preferred)A solid background in HR and / or recruitmentStrong understanding of employment documentation and relevant legislationExcellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detailThe ability to juggle priorities, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressureA collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team wherever neededWhat we offer : An additional week of Salvation Army leave each year (awarded annually on 1 July), plus long service leaveFree confidential counselling to support your wellbeingSubsidised flu vaccinations and discounted Southern Cross medical insuranceTSA discount card for savings at retailers like Noel Leeming, Placemakers, and Torpedo7Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balanceThis is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours / week), with a starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 per annum.We're looking for someone who's adaptable, energetic, and self-motivated—someone who sees challenges as opportunities to grow.
