This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who’s looking for a challenge and eager to upskill. You’ll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities with precision and care
  • Preparing accurate and timely employment documentation for successful candidates
  • Supporting recruitment-related risk-management processes to help maintain a safe and inclusive workplace
  • Delivering system and process training, and resolving user queries with confidence
  • Ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Snaphire preferred)
  • A solid background in HR and / or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of employment documentation and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • The ability to juggle priorities, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team wherever needed
