Base pay range : NZ$101,287.00 per year - NZ$131,077.00 per year.
Fixed term opportunity to 30 June 2026.
Responsibilities
- You have the ability to pivot quickly into the many facets of organisational development interventions / initiatives and deliver within a large organisational setting.
- You have the ability to roll up your sleeve and work on the full spectrum of project rollout across many OD initiatives – into the details through to delivery.
- You will develop and deliver initiatives which enhance our culture and align with our strategy.
- You will identify opportunities for improvement, design, research, and develop OD initiatives around leadership, culture and values.
- You’ll partner with a wide range of business groups to ensure that the implementation of these initiatives is a success.
- You will have a strong understanding of research practices and knowledge of organisational development processes.
- You will be well‑versed in taking research, condensing it, understanding its practical utility and when / how it can be applied.
- You will be adept in the analysis of organisational needs and working with others to design and develop initiatives to meet these needs.
Qualifications
Strong project management experience – a must.Strong facilitation skills – a must.Strong design skills, successfully designing and delivering workshops both in person and online – a must.Experience rolling out values into the many facets of the employee experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional collaboration skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills, both internal and external.Experience developing and implementing organisational interventions.Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary organisation and capability‑development practices and tools.A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.The ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage tight deadlines.Proven organisational development experience at a senior level, or strong OD experience through an HR generalist role at a senior level where workshop design and facilitation has been a part of the role and strength.Benefits
