We're looking for a passionate Senior OD Advisor the areas of leadership, culture and values embedding.

About you | Mou

We're looking for someone with senior OD experience who can hit the ground running, contributing to exciting initiatives from concept to execution.

You will have a strong understanding of research practices and knowledge of Organisational Development processes.

You will be well-versed in taking research, condensing it, understanding its practical utility and when / how it can be applied.

You will be adept in the analysis of organisational needs and working with others to design and develop initiatives to meet these needs.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101k and $131k and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
