Total Productive Maintenance and Optimisation Manager

We are now looking for a Total Productive Maintenance and Optimisation Manager  (internally called a Strategic Performance Manager) to join our team, reporting through to the Brewery Director.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the Pride Brewery along with leading the delivery of strategic planning & initiatives, capability-building, optimisation, and value creation. This role is key to setting future strategy and delivering The Pride’s performance

To succeed in this role, you will bring :

Proven experience leading TPM or similar within a business is critical for this role

Strong Business Partnering capability

Ability to influence and coach leaders

Critical thinking and strategic mindset

Demonstrated experience within a FMCG manufacturing / Supply Chain environment
