Job description4+ years of frontend development experience Proficiency with modern web technologies : ES6+, TypeScript, and frameworks like Svelte, React, or Vue At least 2 years of experience with Svelte in production environments Strong background in mobile development with Ionic, Capacitor, or React Native Experience building custom mobile plugins (Capacitor highly desired) History of working in product engineering teams—ideally within high-trust, product-led organizations Demonstrated success in startup or growth-stage environments Familiarity with Golang, relational databases, or backend collaboration Comfort with DevOps or cloud-native workflows (e.g., CI / CD, containerization) Build with Purpose : Shape solutions that enhance safety and performance for industries where alertness is life-critical. Remote-First by Design : Work from anywhere in New Zealand—with support for home office setups and co-working stipends.
