About The Role

We’re looking for an epic frontend engineer with a product-obsessed mindset and the ability to lead - someone who cares about what we build, and why we’re building it. This is a rare chance to solve hard problems no one’s tackled before.

As a lead, you’ll work across our mobile and web apps, writing clean, reliable code that makes a real difference. We’re forward-looking and embracing what AI means for how we build. You’ll be hands-on and collaborative; shipping features, improving performance, and shaping how we work. We care about how you think and act : curious, thoughtful, practical, and someone who takes absolute ownership.

What You’ll Do

Lead the architecture and implementation of key web and mobile features
Bring a strong product lens - you’ll work closely with design and product to make smart trade-offs and ship high-impact features fast
Use AI tools (like Copilot or Cursor) without cutting corners on readability or quality
Set the standard for how we build : thoughtful code, great performance, clean design, and systems that scale
Help evolve our design system and frontend patterns - Tailwind and Storybook are part of the picture
Support and guide other engineers, reviewing code and sharing context freely
Stay hands-on. You’ll be close to the work, helping shape the product
Keep frontend experiences fast and reliable, including when things go sideways. We support our systems end-to-end

You’ll be great if you

Are experienced with React and have strong opinions on frontend architecture and design systems

Think like a product engineer : you care about the customer experience, not just clean code, and have the experience to back this

Know how to use AI tools well - not just as shortcuts, but to lift team output and focus on the harder stuff

Have a track record of shipping software in cross-functional teams

Are comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where adaptability beats perfection. We work hard

Understand how to build for performance, accessibility, and maintainability

Bonus points if you’ve worked in React Native, scaled design systems, worked with native mobile products, or mentored other engineers

A degree in software engineering or equivalent is a bonus, but not a must-have
