ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to the strong forward work load this job suits an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can autonomously manage new work. You could work across multiple projects or take on one larger technical build from cost plans / tenders through procurement, risk management, cost management and contract administration to final account. You will play an integral role on the Project delivery team, including fostering great relationships with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Estimating & Quantity Surveying on commercial grade projects
• Good knowledge of New Zealand Contracts and Building methods
• Experience working on design build or the front end of new developments highly regarded
• Relevant qualification preferred
• Relaxed approach and excellent interpersonal skills
