The successful candidate will : Host and Guide : Safely and expertly drive small groups, offering insightful and engaging commentary that goes beyond a standard narrative.Curate Experiences : Anticipate guest needs and adapt tours in real-time to create a seamless, personalised journey.

This includes showcasing hidden gems and providing exclusive insights.Embody Excellence : Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion.

You will represent our brand with a polished demeanour and an approachable, friendly attitude.Share Expertise : Deliver in-depth knowledge of New Zealand's geography, history, culture, and ecology.

Fluency in a second language such as French, Spanish, or Mandarin is highly valued.Ensure Safety : Maintain an absolute commitment to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring all guests feel secure and well-cared for at all times.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as a luxury tour guide and a deep understanding of the expectations of a high-end clientele.A full NZ Class 1 Driver's Licence with Passenger (P) Endorsement.A valid First Aid Certificate.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential, with a second language (French, Spanish, or Mandarin) a significant advantage.Demonstrated experience in a high-end service industry (e.g., private transport, luxury hospitality, or bespoke travel).
