Job description

The Opportunity :

As the Key Account Manager within Belron NZ, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing a customer portfolio to achieve our wider commercial objectives. This will have approximate 80% focus on account management and 20% focus on new business opportunities to build portfolio profitability.

Location : Belron NZ Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060)

Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you will bring to the role :

  • Proven experience in a B2B key account relationship role, a minimum of 7 years preferred ideally from within insurance, telecommunication or utility sectors.
  • Excellent level of capability to deliver exceptional key account management in a complex service offering context.
  • Demonstrated experience in building successful and sustainable account relationships at a senior level.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all stakeholder levels within an organisation.
  • Solution focused, responsive, able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and capable of making decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
  • Commercially savvy you bring this skill into all aspects of the role.
  • Highly organised, self-directed, great follow through and willing to learn.
