About the role
As the Team Lead - Allied Health and Outpatients, you will provide day-to-day leadership and operational management for the allied health and outpatient teams.
Your focus will be on delivering a sustainable, high-quality service that supports organisational goals.
You will lead service delivery improvements, promote interdisciplinary care models, and support professional development within the team.
Collaborating closely with clinical coordinators, nursing managers, and specialist modalities, you will ensure staff are well-supported to provide patient-centred care.
You will also oversee referral and waitlist management, staff rostering, and represent the team at leadership forums to contribute to strategic planning and service development.
