Business Development Manager - Central North Island
Kia ora! We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Reverse Mortgages team in the Central North Island Region. We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our reverse mortgage advisor network. You will build strong relationships with brokers, advisers, and partners—educating and inspiring them to champion our products. As the face of Heartland in your region, you will activate new opportunities, support distribution partners, and help more Kiwis achieve financial freedom in retirement.
A confident, self-driven relationship builder with experience in financial services and a talent for business development. You are skilled at educating and influencing advisers, simplifying complex products, and identifying growth opportunities. With strong communication and autonomy, you will champion Heartland’s reverse mortgage offering and have a passion for helping people thrive in retirement.
