• A genuine love for teaching and a commitment to students' success.
• A reflective practitioner who considers their teaching practices and makes adjustments to improve their effectiveness.

A strong commitment to culturally responsive practice is essential. A developing knowledge of Te Ao Māori and a commitment to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi will be a significant advantage in helping us achieve our vision.
