The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of the Produce Department.

Key Responsibilities :

Leading a high-performing team with clarity, accountability, and energy

Managing buying, stock rotation, and visual merchandising

Achieving departmental KPIs, wage targets, and shrinkage goals

Driving quality, efficiency, and health & food safety standards

Coaching and developing team members to reach their potential

What You'll Bring :

Proven leadership experience in retail, produce, or operational environments

Strong commercial and financial acumen

A keen eye for product quality and presentation

Excellent communication and team-building skills

Proficiency with systems and strong organisational capability
