We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Road Maintenance Advisor to oversee the operational and renewals functions of our roading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight of road maintenance and renewals, focusing on bridges, pavement rehabilitation, footpaths, delineation, and Unformed Legal Roads.

Lead the development of renewals programmes to ensure service levels are met.

Drive the investigation, coordination, and implementation of rural seal extensions.

Collaborate closely with the Roading Operations Team Leader to ensure safe, efficient, and best-practice delivery of roading services.

Offer expert advice and thought leadership across the Roading & Transport team, Project Delivery Unit, and wider Council.

You'll bring deep expertise in road maintenance, operations, and renewals, along with a strategic mindset and strong leadership capabilities.

Your ability to work collaboratively and influence across teams will be key to your success in this role.
