We are currently searching for a tech savvy Coordinator with exceptional attention to detail to provide expert support and back-up for our payroll and recruitment functions.
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the team providing coordination support and actively contributing to other important projects, reporting and wider people capability initiatives.
No day will be same with your abundance of energy and drive you'll be keen take ownership of the services and support provided by our Recruitment and Workforce Planning team while actively looking for process improvements and having a commitment to continuous learning.
You will become the 'go to' person for all enquiries and technical issues.
Daily tasks may include :
Providing payroll back-up for our Payroll Advisor including accurately inputting and maintaining employee information into the payroll software (Jadestar)
General administration, including managing the Recruitment and Payroll email inbox and calendar and other pre-employment inboxes as required (ie,serious misconduct)
Completing all pre-employment checks and filing appropriately
Draft employment documentation and new offers letters
Coordinating and scheduling interviews when required
You will have great attention to detail and accuracy with a natural solutions focused attitude.
Ideally you will also bring :
At least 1-2 years' experience in payroll role
Solid understanding of NZ payroll legislation and processes
Proven experience working with employment contracts and documentation
Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Previous experience as an Coordinator or Senior Administrator preferably in the People Capability team
Excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills including mail merges and formatting
A strong customer service focus
A can do attitude, flexibility and strong team spirit

This role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, and has a salary range of $75,759 - $92,063 depending on skills and experience plus kiwisaver contribution of up to 4%.
