Are you a strong team player who has a good understanding of software architecture and design, a knack for solving problems, and a passion for delivering quality products? If so, apply to join Tait's E ngineering T eam as a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role you will join a small software team working on critical components that shape how our customers configure, calibrate, and update our radios . This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Senior role where you can train and mentor others in engineering design methodologies and contribute to the ongoing development of a high performing team.

In this role you will

• Get to experience the full software lifecycle of our projects
• Provide technical leadership to a small team of developers
• Work in a cross-functional, agile, development team
• Be immersed in a complex and challenging role
• Be exposed to numerous technologies
• Get cake when we release software
