Skills and Experience Post graduate qualification in Advanced Health Assessment is essential A New Zealand Registered Comprehensive Nurse with a current APC A minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute or high dependency area, medical and surgical. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong clinical decision making and confidence and ability to work effectively with a large group of people. - Older Persons Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a casual Clinical Team Co-ordinator to join our very experienced after hours team.As the Clinical Team Coordinator you will be responsible forassessing and ensuring optimum patient care, through appropriate allocation ofmedical and clinical resources across the hospital after hours, weekends andpublic holidays.
This is a collaborative role working with the medical team,Duty Nurse Managers and afterhours clinical teams.
