Your role includes : Providing high-quality, holistic maternity care to women and their families throughout the inpatient journeyWorking in partnership with women, whanau, LMCs and the broader healthcare teamSupporting primary, secondary and tertiary maternity servicesAssisting with emergency care and facilitating transfers where requiredEducating and empowering women from pregnancy through to the postnatal periodEnsuring documentation and care planning are accurate and up to dateWhat You'll BringNew Zealand Registered Midwife with a current Annual Practising CertificateMidwifery Degree (or equivalent)Recent midwifery practice or successful completion of a Return to Practice Programme (excluding new graduates)A strong understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and its relevance to maternity careKnowledge of the NZ maternity care system and a commitment to delivering culturally responsive careConfidence in managing a busy clinical workload with competing prioritiesApply now to join a team that puts women and whanau at the centre of everything we do.Or, for further information about this job, please contact : Kerri LawEmail :
