Account Executive (East Coast)awg.admin-hr | 02 / 03 / Agiliway is seeking an experienced Account Executive for the East Coast region to drive new logo sales by selling Custom Software Development services, focusing on clients in the Southeast United States.Qualifications : Minimum requirements include : Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.A proven record of closing new business generating at least $2M annually in billed revenue from custom software development services.Understanding of custom software development processes and outsourcing models (e.g., solutions architecture, software engineering, QA, business analysis, project management).

Experience with Eastern European Delivery Teams is a plus.Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.Responsibilities : The role involves sourcing and closing new software development opportunities, including : Identifying and qualifying prospects via networking, cold calls, and referrals.Presenting Agiliway's services and value proposition to potential clients.Nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.Negotiating deals and closing sales.Developing and coaching new clients.Skills : We expect candidates to have strong sales skills, including : Excellent communication abilities.Professional and unbiased conduct.Clear explanation of our services.Realistic self-assessment and openness to collaborate with specialists.Exceptional customer service leading to long-term client satisfaction.Initiative, adaptability, and goal orientation.
