The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor who wants to make a genuine impact - not on the construction site or in a high-vis vest - but at the heart of our corporate teams.

As our new Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor, you'll play a key role in fostering a safe, healthy, and resilient workplace.

You'll provide expert guidance and governance to Aurora leaders and employees, helping us proactively identify and manage health and safety risks.

Your work will support our commitment to operational excellence through standardisation, continuous improvement, incident management, and hands-on coaching.

You'll be part of a collaborative H&S team, with two colleagues focused on field operations, while you lead the way for our office-based workforce.

This role is based in

Dunedin

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you bring :

A Diploma in Health and Safety (Level 6) or are studying towards this qualification.

3 years'+ experience in a health and safety advisory or coordinator role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You're energised by connecting with people.

Confidence to influence change and introduce fresh ideas.

A passion for helping people work well, safely, and with balance.
